Original Subject: John Hurt and spoilerage (seriously)
Just caught a report on Quint's set visit on AICN, and it seems like the rumour I read that Hurt plays Abner Ravenwood is pretty much a given.
I'm a little miffed that this won't get the appropriate impact for me when this is revealed in the movie. Serves me right for being ravenous in my search for info, but still a spoiler warning on that particular article might have been on order.

I never liked Harry Knowles and how his and his team approach on-line journalism. They often come off as spoiled, privileged brats who often inject vulgarity to make a point. (The use of four-letter words in excess is the sign of a limited mind and a juvenile intelligence.)
Correct me if I'm wrong - but it seems clear to me that they'll post spoilers just to say they were the first to post any news at all.
